Production Plant

Nueva facilities are spread all over the town of Morbi, the ceramic cluster of Asia. With over 60 acres of space, the plants are equipped with a mix of Chinese and Italian machinery capable of producing over 40000 sqm per day.

Nueva Porcelain is focused on the production of optimally sized porcelain and is equipped with dual production lines with a combination of 2 Sacmi Kilns, 4 Sacmi Presses, and 2 Keda Polishing lines. The plant employs over 300 people.

Nueva Mosiacs produces mosaic tiles of different sizes and shapes. The manufacturing facility employs over 150 employees and equips a Sacmi press and kiln.

Nueva Marble produces a wide range of large-sized marbles with thickness ranging from 6 mm to 20 mm. The facility employs over 250 people and is equipped with the latest System LAMGEA Press and Sacmi Press. The Sacmi Kiln ensures the delicate movement of slabs irrespective of their thickness.

At Nueva, Health and safety officers work round the day to ensure best practices are conducted and to upkeep the safety of all the employees. Regular workshops are conducted among employees to raise awareness of workplace safety.
